Has my order shipped?
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your Account and viewing your order history. If your order has shipped, use the tracking number provided to review the delivery status with the carrier. If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-338-9415 and we will be happy to assist you.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Please check your order status in My Account to see if any items are still awaiting shipment or have been shipped separately. If all items show as delivered and you are still missing a product, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-338-9415 with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We're sorry to hear that your product arrived incomplete. Before contacting us, please carefully review the packaging and any instructions included to ensure all components have been unpacked. Small parts are sometimes packaged separately within the box. If parts are still missing, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-338-9415 with your order number, the product name, and a description of the missing components. Photos of the product and packaging can also be helpful. We will work with you to provide the missing parts or determine the best solution.
When will my back order arrive?
We know waiting for an item can be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your patience. A back-ordered item means we are temporarily out of stock and currently awaiting an estimated restock date. As soon as the item becomes available, we'll ship your order right away and send you a shipping confirmation email.
I can't find my Digital Pattern. Where is it?
Your digital pattern is usually emailed to you shortly after your purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it can sometimes end up there by mistake. If you still can't find it, our Customer Service team will be happy to help you locate it.
