How do I create an account?
- Click the My Account link at the top right side of our site.
- Enter your account/shipping information.
- Click "Create My Account"
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Why don't I need a password to log into my account anymore?
We've upgraded to Shopify's new customer account experience, which no longer requires a password. Instead, each time you sign in, we'll send a secure one-time verification code (OTP) to your email. Simply enter the code to access your account.
How do I receive my one-time login code?
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue. We'll immediately send a one-time verification code to your inbox. If you don't see it within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
I didn't receive my login code. What should I do?
First, verify that you're using the same email address you used to create your account. Then check your spam or junk folder and allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you're still having trouble, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help you access your account.
