Our looms are hand-built in New Hampshire. Please allow 6-8 weeks for loom kits and 8-10 weeks for assembled looms.

Our floor looms are hand-built, using the highest quality hard rock maple. All of our floor looms feature an innovative tie-up system, using “snap chains” instead of cords and knots, or wires that fall out. The tie-up is quick, simple and secure for any treadle to harness combination. Our looms are designed with a friction brake for excellent tension control and an adjustable beater to accommodate reeds of different heights and widths. The suspended harnesses make the jack-action light, quiet, smooth and rhythmical - the way it should be. Unlike most looms, our floor looms are easily folded while fully warped, leaving the tie-up intact. Take them to workshops, unfold them, and you're ready to weave! Living in a small apartment? They can be folded and tucked away to entertain company or minimize studio space.

The Model T4 weaves a full 36 inches and comes with 4 harnesses and 6 treadles. The 4 harness, 6 treadle combination make the Model T4 both convenient and versatile. Complex treadling patterns are simple to set up and easy to weave. This loom remains one of the best values on the loom market today. SHIPPING SPEED

Our staff in New Hampshire is working hard to get your package to you. Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days from date of ordering.

You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped. The tracking number in this email is the best way to track your package and its estimated arrival date. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email from us within a week of placing your order, please check your junk-mail folder.

Please note that we are NOT responsible for additional charges imposed by the receiving country, such as duties, VAT or customs clearance fees. These are decided by the recipient's country and are unfortunately out of our hands. If you are concerned about possible fees, please check with your local postal service prior to ordering. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note: the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer if the return is not a result of an error or damage by Harrisville Designs. When a return/exchange is received, the customer will be refunded for the cost of the product only, but not the original cost of shipping. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Harrisville Designs will pay for return shipping and will take responsibility for all previous charges (contact us prior to shipping a return to receive return authorization).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Workshop and Classes Withdrawal/Refund Policy

Tuition includes a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee for each workshop. Students who must withdraw have 5 weeks prior to class for a full tuition refund less the registration fee. After this date all payments are non-refundable. Final tuition payment is due 5 weeks before class starts. Remaining balances will be automatically deducted for students who have used credit cards. All others are responsible for forwarding their remaining balances.
